This blog is dedicated to political commentary on current events. Its premise is that the U.S. would be – and still can be – a stronger, fairer and more peaceful nation if the federal and state governments were to adhere to their respective Constitutions. Like electrical power, governmental power is safe and helpful when relegated to its constituted pathways; when it strays from these constituted pathways, damage results. The founding fathers knew this when they drafted the Constitution; we have consistently ignored it, and as a society, have paid high prices for such disregard.
